At Zeus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zeus account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a printout of your return authorization inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
